About this event

Ramps are the first green sign of spring, highly valued for their taste as a cross between garlic and onions. Used cooked, grilled in stews and soups or raw pickled and in salads, ramps are a regional delicacy.

Pick up to 3 lbs. of ramps per adult for your own non-commercial use. Tools and support will be provided on site. We will have tastes of some of our favorite ramp dishes for you to enjoy and recipes for you to use at home to cook your ramps and make some of our favorite dishes.

Individual general admision tickets are good for one adult and family tickets are good for two adults and up to 3 children under 18 years of age. Up to 8 individual tickets and one family ticket are available for each session.

Delaware Valley Ramps has been harvesting sustainably on our property for 16 years with sales to restaurants and wholesalers in the Upper Delaware River Watershed and New York City. In 2024 we are inviting you to come and learn what it is all about for the third annual Ramps U-Pick.
